Form submissions are processed by scripts running on that same hosting server and are delivered directly to our business mailbox at Zack@avalonstrategicsupply.com — either through our hosting provider's standard mail delivery or through an authenticated email mailbox we control. We do not currently use a third-party CRM, marketing automation platform, or SMS provider to process form submissions. If that changes, this section will be updated to name the provider involved.
We do not share the information you submit with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the purpose you submitted it for — for example, discussing a sourcing requirement with a relevant supplier, with your knowledge, as part of an active inquiry.
We retain inquiry and RFQ information for as long as reasonably necessary for the business purpose it was submitted for, and to maintain records of our business relationships. We have not set a fixed automatic deletion period at this time; a specific retention schedule is a VERIFY BEFORE PUBLISHING item if one is required for your compliance needs.
